Summary Return Policy


Pre-Shipment Custom Order Approval: Before we ship your custom order, we'll provide you with a picture of it for your approval. Once approved, your order will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days from the date of your approval.

Custom and Personalized Item Orders: Please note that we do not offer refunds for custom or personalized item orders. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, we encourage you to reach out to us, and we will make every effort to resolve it to your satisfaction.

Our Commitment to Customer Service: Customer service and satisfaction are of paramount importance to us. We are dedicated to responding to your inquiries and processing requests within 3 business days.

Return Policy Overview: Our standard return policy extends for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, regrettably, we cannot accommodate a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must remain unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging.

Exceptions for Partial Refunds: In certain cases, we may grant partial refunds under the following circumstances:

  • The item is not in its original condition, has sustained damage, or has missing parts not attributable to our error.
  • The return request is made more than 30 days after the item was delivered.

Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will promptly send you an email notification confirming its receipt. Subsequently, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credited amount will be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not yet received your refund, please take the following steps:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Get in touch with your bank, as processing times may vary. If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us for further assistance.

Gifts: If your item was marked as a gift during purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the item's value upon return. After we receive the returned item, we will send you a gift certificate. If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase or was shipped to the gift giver for later delivery, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of your return.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable. In case of a refund, the return shipping expenses will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time required for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the successful receipt of your returned item.
