We start by collecting all the details you would like for your custom-personalized order. We then make a design draft from the information in your order and email it to you for your approval. Two design drafts are included in the price of your order. For any additional design drafts above two, there will be an additional charge of $25.00 for each draft. We want to be sure your personalized order is made just the way you want it. Your order will be shipped using the method you chose when placing it. Shipping can be upgraded to cover the additional shipping costs if you would like.
