Shipping Timeframe: Your order will be prepared and ready to ship within 3 to 5 business days. After that, please allow an additional 3 to 5 days for standard shipping.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs typically start at $9.95 and may vary based on factors such as the size, weight, and chosen carrier. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.

Expedited Shipping: For those seeking expedited shipping, this option is available at an additional cost. We will confirm the expedited shipping cost when we send you the Design Draft for your approval. If you wish to expedite the shipping process, please let us know at that time.

Customization Process: Our customization process begins with the collection of all the details you desire for your personalized order. We then create a design draft using the information from your order. This draft will be emailed to you for your approval. The initial price of your order includes two design drafts. Should you require more than two design drafts, there will be an additional charge of $25.00 for each extra draft. Our aim is to ensure that your personalized order aligns perfectly with your preferences.

Shipping Method: Your order will be shipped using the method you selected when placing the order. If you wish to upgrade the shipping method for an additional cost, please let us know.

Payment Terms: To initiate any custom order, a minimum deposit is required. The balance of the payment is due before the order is shipped.
